DBT Skills Group
Do you struggle with anger, depression, negative thinking, stress, guilt, loneliness or anxiety? Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence based therapy developed for people who have intense, fast reactions that feel impossible to resist in the moment. We teach the 6 core skills of DBT in a group format where you will not only receive the knowledge of the skill but also the ability, support and platform to practice the skill and put the change into motion with others.
This group is offered for both adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults of all ages. It is offered in person and virtually.
*Teenagers ages 13-17 – Saturdays 11 AM-12 PM
*Adults – Tuesdays 9 AM-10 AM or Fridays 12 PM-1 PM (in person and virtually)
*All groups can be attended in person or virtually.
*Teens can attend once or twice weekly, depending on needs and scheduling availability
