Welcome to Prosperity – I am so glad that you are here! While the counseling process may be overwhelming or scary, it can also be incredibly rewarding. There is great power in simply being understood by another person. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen and heard, and are able to be yourself without judgement. I believe in taking an integrative and holistic approach, using person-centered and trauma-informed techniques to ensure that therapy is collaborative, creative, and unique to you.

I am currently a Practicum student and will complete my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in December 2023. I am also a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the professional honor society for counselors. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all backgrounds, especially those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Other areas of interest include ADHD in girls and women, couples’ therapy, and animal therapy.

I love reading historical fiction and biographies, doing embroidery work, and traveling to Europe. But my favorite thing is to be with the loves of my life – my husband, John, and our bunnies, Millie and Beignet.
