Welcome! Finding a good fit with a therapist can feel overwhelming where there are so many options to choose from. I applaud your willingness in taking this first step in this journey toward healing. It is my belief that the relationship between the client and therapist plays a significant role in helping people overcome painful emotional experiences, destructive interpersonal patterns, and other obstacles that get in the way of us experiencing our lives from a place of openness and security.

As someone who has experienced feelings of uncertainty and fear, personally and professionally, I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood or unheard. These experiences have taught me humility and how to better meet clients where they are. I work closely with clients to explore the role that their unique circumstances play in how they see themselves and others. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions. My approach to treatment relies on being warm, compassionate, and empathetic, where clients feel understood, supported, and accepted.

I put great emphasis on developing a therapeutic relationship with each client I work with to develop a sense of trust. I am a safe environment for you to fall into, but I am also the side of the mirror we often avoid. It is on that other side of the mirror where we may find breakthrough, self-worth, and growth. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to work through everything you are feeling to heal and improve your quality of life.
