Entering counseling services can be a huge leap out of your comfort zone. I admire the brave choice you have made, and I am constantly inspired by an individual’s resiliency and what they can accomplish through counseling. As a therapist it is important to consider the client’s needs, wants, strengths and personality, to determine the best approach. Therapeutic techniques I utilize include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I believe that within yourself you hold the insight and ability to overcome the barrier in your life. Allow me to walk beside your safe space as you go through this journey.
