LPC, LMFT-Associate, Certified Sex Therapist

Hello there! I’m excited that you are thinking about beginning a journey of healing and self-discovery. I have a passion and skill for helping individuals, couples, and families thrive. My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential and narrative theories which means I want to know what is important and meaningful to you and assist you in living the life story you choose. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I value creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I recognize the vital role that healthy sexual expression plays in overall well-being and relationship satisfaction. I offer specialized guidance to individuals and couples seeking support in addressing sexual concerns, enhancing intimacy, and promoting sexual wellness.

Ever since my high school psychology class, I have been deeply interested in understanding the complexities of the human mind and the dynamics of relationships. I am fascinated with how the brain works and why people do what they do. My view of therapy aligns with a statement made by Eckhart Tolle, “With awareness there comes choice. And so, you are able to say: ‘I allow this moment to be as it is.’ And then suddenly where before there was irritation, there is now a sense of aliveness and peace. And out of that comes right action.” In therapy sessions with me I will help you recognize your own patterns of thought and behavior which will lead to aliveness and peace.
