About Trevor Zahn Counseling Student
Hi, I’m Trevor Zahn counseling student, working towards my M.Ed. in Counseling at University of Houston. I am deeply interested in people. I realized in high school how much I cared about people’s problems, the emotional and relational struggles we all experience going through our lives. I have been pursuing becoming a counselor for quite a while and am thrilled to start working with you!
I believe in the power of connection, both in therapy and in our daily lives. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship that promotes growth, insight, self-worth, and authenticity. I am ready to show up for you as my authentic self, and I want to empower and encourage you to do the same. I offer not only my support and empathy, but a meaningful connection rooted in care and understanding. I want to know about you, your life, your best and your worst moments, and everything in-between.
I lean towards Person-Centered and Relational Cultural therapy styles. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, but I will be here every step of the way through your journey of self-exploration.

Our business is run on a finite number of business hours scheduled. We recognize that things sometime happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If so, please call at least 48 hrs in advance (no emails, please) and give us an opportunity to help someone else in that time slot.
Failure to cancel (48 hrs in advance) or show up for your scheduled session will constitute permission to bill you for the time you scheduled.
