About Krysta Williams LPC Associate

Supervised by Jamie Williams

I’m Krysta Williams LPC Associate, My approach to counseling is centered around warmth, compassion, and building strong therapeutic relationships. I believe in tailoring empirically based methods to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, followed by a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of life struggles, including anxiety, parenting issues, trauma, domestic violence, and relationship challenges.

One aspect of counseling that I find particularly rewarding is helping clients integrate their Christian faith into the therapeutic process in a nonjudgmental and compassionate manner. I believe that our past experiences shape our present lives, influencing our adult relationships and daily interactions. Therefore, I take a holistic approach, examining every aspect of life during our time together.

Outside of the therapy office, I am a wife and mother of three children, along with two dogs and one hamster. As a family, we enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and being involved in our church community.
I understand that taking the step to seek counseling can be overwhelming and intimidating. I feel honored to walk alongside each client on their journey toward healing, offering hope, encouragement, growth, and support along the way.

If you're ready to embark on the path to healing, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll navigate life's challenges and discover the strength within you to thrive.
