Our group sound therapy sessions are a gentle space to rest your body, quiet your mind, and support your nervous system through soothing sound and intentional stillness. 

As the tones move through the room, many people notice their breath deepen, their muscles soften, and their thoughts begin to settle. You don’t need to do anything or have any prior experience. Just arrive as you are and allow the sound to do the work. 

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply craving deeper rest, this hour is a chance to reset, restore, and rebalance. ✨ 

The session consists of a one-hour guided experience combining sound therapy using crystal singing bowls with gentle breathwork and a guided body scan. The intention is to help participants reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and cultivate deeper relaxation and mental clarity. 

Sound therapy works through vibration and frequency, which can help shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into a more balanced, restorative state. When combined with conscious breathing and a body scan, it supports:
