Weekly Mindfulness Circle

Our Weekly Mindfulness Circle offers a supportive therapeutic space to slow down, reconnect, and find balance in the midst of life's challenges. Each week, we engage in guided mindfulness practices, gentle meditation, and reflective discussion focused on reducing stress, increasing emotional awareness, and improving overall well-being. This group is designed to help participants develop practical coping tools, strengthen mind-body connection, and foster a sense of community and shared understanding. No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required-just an open mind and a desire to cultivate greater peace and presence.
