Supervised by Jamie Williams, LPC-S
Hi! I am Enjalica Bryant LPC Associate, supervised by Jamie Williams, LPC-S. I provide compassionate care in a space that’s warm, welcoming, and safe—a place where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I take a collaborative approach, working alongside you as a partner in your healing process, making sure your unique needs, perspectives, and goals shape our work together. I want you to feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions, knowing that you’ll be met with empathy and understanding.
My focus is on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by recognizing how deeply connected our emotions and physical health are. This holistic approach helps us dig beneath the surface to address the root causes of distress, allowing for long-lasting healing and personal growth. I use a combination of person-centered therapy, emotion-focused techniques, somatic work, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and how they show up in your body. The goal is to help you find balance, peace, and a deeper sense of well-being.
For me, therapy is a powerful opportunity to discover life-changing insights and shifts that can really transform the way we think and feel. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you in finding your path toward healing and growth.
During the four years that I was a stay-at-home mom, I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston-Downtown. After I transitioned back into the workforce, I set out to combine my interests in business and psychology. I completed postgraduate coursework in accounting before earning a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2024. In my spare time, I enjoy music, reading a good book, and taking walks when the weather is nice.
