Enjalica Bryant, LPC

Hi, I'm Enjalica Bryant, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I provide compassionate care in a space that is warm, welcoming, and grounded in authenticity. My goal is to create an environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life's challenges.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop meaningful strategies for change. I believe therapy works best when it honors your unique strengths, values, and goals, allowing you to move forward in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety and anxiety-related challenges, including chronic stress, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, life transitions, and self-doubt. Anxiety often affects more than our thoughts. It can show up in our bodies, relationships, work, and daily routines. Together, we will explore how anxiety impacts your emotional and physical well-being while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing the connection between mind and body. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and body awareness practices to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses to stress. Through this process, clients can gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, I am committed to supporting you on your path toward healing and growth.

In addition to private practice, I have experience in higher education counseling and disability services, where I support students navigating academic challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria. These experiences continue to inform my compassionate, practical, and client-centered approach to therapy.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy music, reading, spending time with family, and taking walks when the weather is nice.
