Welcome! When individuals come to counseling it is because they want to change something in their lives. Circumstances in one’s life could be resulting in feelings of uncertainty, fear, or anxiety. There could be a need to solve a particular problem, or a desire to gain a greater understanding of oneself. Whatever the reason I applaud you for seeking out support!

My focus is on supporting individuals, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients gain practical insight into their situations, regain emotional balance, and identify what you are feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how to cope so the healing may begin.

I put great emphasis on developing a therapeutic relationship with each client I work with in order to develop a sense of trust. I am a safe environment for you to fall into, but I am also the side of the mirror we often avoid. It is on that other side of the mirror where we may find breakthrough, self-worth, and growth. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to work through everything you are feeling in order to heal and improve your quality of life.
