Stephanie Belt

Counseling Student

Hi, I'm Stephanie Belt, a counseling student currently working toward my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Texas A&M University-Victoria. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, where I also completed a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. My academic background and lived experiences have deeply shaped my passion for working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular heart for supporting women and children. These are communities that are sometimes overlooked, and I believe they deserve to be seen, heard, and uplifted.

I have always been drawn to people and their stories. I believe that every individual carries unique strengths, resilience, and wisdom, even in the midst of life's challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, developing self-awareness, and learning tools to navigate life with greater confidence and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is grounded in humanistic and person-centered principles. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and encouragement. I am here to support you as you move through your journey of growth, healing, and authenticity.
